Privacy policy

We collect only what the app needs to work and to remind you about pickups:

• Google account data: email, name, account identifier (sub), profile photo.
• The address you enter: sub-district, settlement, street, and optionally the house number.
• Push notification token (Expo push token) — only if you enable reminders.
• Anonymised crash reports from the app (Sentry).
• Purchase receipts from RevenueCat if you buy the Pro version.

• To match your address with the local pickup schedule.
• To send reminders the day before or the morning of a pickup.
• So Pro features work on your account across devices.
• To detect and fix bugs in the app.

We use the following service providers. Appropriate data processing agreements are in place with each of them.

• Google — Google Sign-In authentication.
• RevenueCat — server-side purchase verification.
• Sentry — anonymised crash reports.
• Expo — push notification delivery.

Under GDPR you have the following rights, which you can exercise directly in the app or by emailing us:

• Access and receive a copy of your data (email the contact address below).
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your account from the app: Profile → Delete account.
• After account deletion, data is soft-deleted for 30 days, then anonymised.

The app is not intended for children under 13. If we learn we collected data from a person under 13 without parental consent, we remove it.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the app. The date at the top is updated whenever the policy changes.
