By downloading, installing or using the Atliekų grafikas app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree — please do not use the app and uninstall it.

• These terms form a binding agreement between you and the service provider.
• The privacy policy is part of these terms.

The app shows waste collection schedules based on your entered address and reminds you about upcoming pickups.

• Schedule data is sourced from providers' public PDF / Excel documents and parsed automatically.
• We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but ultimate responsibility for waste collection rests with the provider.
• If you notice an inaccuracy, please let us know via the contact email.

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for the security of your Google account.

• One user — one account.
• You may not share or transfer your account to third parties.
• Entered addresses are used only for schedule matching — see the privacy policy.

Pro features are unlocked by a one-time purchase €4.99.

• Pro is a one-time purchase — it is NOT a subscription and will not auto-renew.

The app is provided 'as is'. We strive for reliability, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or bug-free operation.

• We are not liable for indirect damages, lost time, or other consequences of a missed waste pickup.
• Our aggregate liability does not exceed the amount you paid for Pro (if any).
• This cap does not apply where the law forbids limiting liability (intent, gross negligence, personal injury).

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account). We may terminate an account if you breach these terms or attempt to abuse the service.

• After deletion, data is soft-deleted for 30 days, then anonymised.
• Pro purchases are non-refundable after account deletion — it is a one-time licence.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.

• The date at the top is updated each time these terms change.
